Bistro 185 offers a globally infused dinner menu. The food consists of a variety of house smoked products ranging from ribs to duck breast. Menu items and handcrafted cocktails are seasoned with fresh herbs such as mint, basil, thyme, and sage that are all picked daily from our rooftop garden.
Featured items change daily based on fresh produce, meat, poultry, and fish. We focus on using locally sourced ingredients such as beef, pork, and poultry as well as dairy products. This allows us to feature a seasonal menu that will offer you the best possible product that we can while working with local businesses to help support our community.
Bistro 185 has been a part of North Collinwood for the past 11 years. In October 2016 Head Chef, Ryan Kaston, took his love for the restaurant to the next level by stepping into the ownership position. Ryan has been involved in the food industry for nearly 20 years and opened his own catering business in 2012.
