ASIAN HOT POT
Salmon, scallops, mussels, Shiitake mushrooms, julienne carrots and Udon rice noodles.
In a Thai coconut-curry broth, lemongrass and ginger.

ASIAN DUCK THREE WAY
Pan seared duck breast, house made duck leg confit, smoked duck fried rice.
Orange ginger sauce.

BISTRO BURGER
8 oz local beef, pickled red onion, white cheddar, bacon, onion-tomato jam,
roasted garlic-black pepper aioli, baby lettuce.

MOLE DUO
Braised shredded pork and a confit chicken thigh with a Mole sauce.
Served over corn pudding with tri-colored carrots.

BEEF / VEAL / PORK

BEEF TENDERLOIN STROGANOFF
Pan seared and served in a rich Shiitake mushroom beef stroganoff sauce.
Pappardelle pasta and spinach.

Cajun red skin fries and haricots verts.

BISTRO 185 STEAK OSCAR
6oz. Beef Tenderloin, crab cake, sautéed shrimp, hollandaise,
haricots verts, Yukon-gold mashers.

1/2 SLAB SMOKED BBQ RIBS
House smoked, St. Louis style ribs, house fries, slaw.

VEAL MARSALA
Pan seared veal medallions, house made mushroom raviolis,
Shiitake mushroom Marsala sauce.

BACON WRAPPED PORK CHOP
Stuffed with green apple, creamy brie and prosciutto.
Mashed potatoes, apple compote, grainy mustard cream sauce, and haricots.

SEAFOOD / POULTRY

WILD CAUGHT AHI TUNA
Sesame crusted, pan seared, wasabi aioli and ginger mandarin drizzle.
Chilled spicy organic whole-wheat peanut sesame noodles with scallions, snap peas,
and multi colored peppers.

CLASSIC FISH AND CHIPS
Battered and fried with hand cut fries and charred lemon, Remoulade.

BACON WRAPPED DAY BOAT SCALLOPS
Served over a creamy lobster risotto. Mixed with snap peas, asparagus and scallions.
Balsamic drizzle.

FAROE  ISLAND SALMON
Pan seared with seared Asiago gnocchi over a bed of asparagus puree.
Finished with Lobster cream sauce and toasted garlic chips.

LOBSTER RAVIOLI
Day boat scallops and shrimp, finished in a Lobster cream sauce.

CHICKEN SCHNITZEL
Potato pierogi, sautéed onions, haricots verts, sour cream, applesauce.

LIMONCHELLO CHICKEN
Served over pappardelle pasta with spinach, Sundried Tomatoes, asparagus, and lemon.

VEGETARIAN

VEGAN BREADED GARDEIN
Udon rice noodles in coconut-curry cream sauce with steamed brussel sprouts.

EGGPLANT ROLLITINI

Stuffed with ricotta, spinach and parmesan, over spaghetti, finished with house-made marinara.
