You asked for it, so we're doing it in style! Once a month we will have European-trained guest Chef Jakub Majstrik in to prepare a wonderful vegan entree. We will bring the favorites into rotation on our regular menu. So please come and try them and let us know what you think!

Benefit at Classic Park in Eastlake.
- North Union Farmers Market Spring Benefit
Bistro 185 along with 25 other outstanding Cleveland restaurants served samplings of their terrific food for this great cause. Bistro 185 served Lobster Pot Pie and House-smoked duck breast on potato pancakes with an apple-leak compote.
- The March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction
The March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auctions are held in over 200 cities across the country. This is a unique and fun dining experience where top local chefs present their signature dishes in a tasting format. Since the first Chefs Auction in 1989, these events have raised more than $89 million to make sure that all babies are born healthy.
